The season at Cobies runs from May 1 to mid-September. The restaurant is open from 11 AM to 9:30 PM daily. Our two basic shifts are from 11-4 and 5-9:30. We need to know up front of your commitment. That includes arrival and departure dates and any conflicts you might have.
